Q:What if the UV light cannot turn on?

Check if electricity is connected to the machine. The power indicator should show a red light. Then operate according to the manual.

Q:What if the UV light is on but the belt stops running?

Turn on the lamp quickly and wait for the machine to power off automatically. Check the conveyor motor on the unloading side. If needed, replace the motor or speed controller. We ship an extra speed controller with each machine.

Q:What if the light turns on and off repeatedly?

Check your power supply is 220V +/- 5% at 50Hz. If it is below this range, keep the power supply steady. Our standard requires this voltage for proper operation.

Q:What if the UV light cannot dry the product completely?

The lamp average lifetime is 800 hours; replace if exceeded. Check the ignitor, transformer, and lamp connections. If parts need replacement, we supply them free within one year.
