Q:How to deal with problems when the machine is working?

Please send us an email first and tell us what the problem is. This is the standard machine, its performance is very nice. Even if you have questions, you can check the following questions first by yourself.

Q:UV light cannot light on.

Check if the electricity is connected to the machine. The power indicator will show a red light. Then operate as shown in the manual.

Q:UV light is on, but the belt stopped running.

Turn on the lamp quickly and wait for the machine to power off automatically. Our machine has a function where turning off the light causes the machine to turn off automatically. Then check the motor of the conveyor under the unloading side of the belt. If this question persists, replace a new one. Check the speed control: change a new one if the new one works. We will ship an extra speed controller matched with the machine when we package in each shipment.

Q:The light turns on twice again and then does not light.

Check your power supply is 220V +/-5% 50HZ. If below 220V or over the range of +/-5%, keep your power supply steady. Our standard requires this; any difference will be noted in the machine we signed in purchase.

Q:The light cannot dry the product completely (UV ink, UV glue, UV varnish, UV coating, etc.).

The lamp average lifetime is 800 hours. If over this, please replace a new one. We suggest when you purchase our UV machine, also purchase new extra lamps as replacement. If a new lamp, then check the ignitor, transformer, and lamp connection lines are well connected. Especially the lamp line; there is a screw in, if it is loose, please stick it lightly.
