AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryShijiazhuang Tabo Candles Sales Co., Ltd. is a China-based limited company established in 2012 with 57 employees and valid import/export licensing. It provides OEM, ODM, 3D design, and broad customization services, with documented quality, complaint-handling, and corrective-action procedures. The supplier reports inventory and overseas warehouse capabilities, but no overseas showroom and no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with affiliated subcontractors. Production inspection is based on random sampling and is supported by two quality inspectors. Export sales represent 71%–90% of total sales, and the supplier identifies Tianjin Port as its nearest port. Evidence of customer-specific cases or named client references is not provided. Financial information is insufficient for a credibility judgment.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a combined business entity and limited company, operating under the name Shijiazhuang Tabo Candles Sales Co., Ltd. in Hebei, China. It is part of a larger company group and has 57 employees.

CertificationsThe supplier explicitly reports holding a valid import/export license. No other certifications, accreditation, or third-party certification evidence is provided.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier states that dedicated personnel support after-sales service and has clear, followed procedures for handling customer complaints. This is supported by documented service procedures and records, although service-performance metrics are not provided.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new products within the past year and offers 3D design, ODM, and multiple customization formats. However, it has no available SDK, so its innovation capability is demonstrated mainly through product development and design services rather than software integration.

Production capacityThe supplier reports inventory capability, an overseas warehouse, a 15-working-day off-season lead time, and peak-season lead times of within 15 working days to one month. Finished-product inspection uses documented instructions with random inspection and two quality inspectors, but the lack of a valid manufacturing-capacity contract with affiliated subcontractors is a stated operational weakness.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly provides 3D software design and customization from samples, designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. Its description also covers product design, samples, packaging, and related service coordination, providing direct evidence of broad customization capability.
