We are a trading company, but also invest a factory, we focus on trading and our partner focus on the factory.

Sure that we have received claims from our client, but we will handle propertly. So far till now, no client stopped working with us by the reason of the claim.

We will check the quality request from our client carefully, then arrange quality confirmation samples before mass production. Mass will be totally the same quality as samples.

Generally, we could offer samples to our partners, but you might need to bear the frieght cost for the samples. If the samples' quality is not satisified, we could arrange again for free. Freight will return to you after order confirmed.
