PP melt-blown nonwoven media is a microporous filtration material made from polypropylene. Through melting, high-velocity air blowing, and multi-layer fiber lay-down followed by thermal calendering, it forms a matrix of ultra-fine fibers with uniform pore distribution. It is specially designed for liquid filtration, particularly suitable for pleated filter cartridges, bag filters, and other liquid filter applications.
