AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummarySHENZHEN TELEMAX TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is identified as a Chinese manufacturer/factory and limited company operating in structured cabling, optical-fiber networks, and related electronics products. The supplier reports OEM service for well-known brands, ODM service, recent new-product development, and broad customization options. Its stated business scope and product list cover optical cables, fiber patch cords, ODFs, LAN cables, patch panels, network cabinets, and related components. However, the provided records show no available SDK, no written complaint-handling or corrective-action procedures, zero quality-control test equipment, and unknown quality assurance and traceability status. Financial information is limited to year references without assessable financial results. Customer-service strength is therefore not established despite a company description mentioning 7*24h service.

Supplier typeThe supplier is described as a manufacturer/factory and limited company in Shenzhen, China, although one record also labels it as a trading company. Its stated business scope includes production, processing, and sales of electronics, communications, computer peripherals, optical-fiber products, and related cabling.

After-Sales capabilityThe company description claims professional staff provide 7*24h service, but the quality/service records state there are no written procedures or records for corrective and preventive actions or effective complaint handling. Formal after-sales capability is therefore not demonstrated.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports R&D capability, at least one new product during the past year, ODM service, and research and development in structured cabling, optical-fiber networks, and cabinets. It does not provide an available SDK, but the documented R&D and new-product activity support an innovation capability assessment.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. It also reports ODM service, providing direct evidence of broad customization support.
