We are a professional machine tool manufacturer with an integrated trading operation. Our business headquarters is located in Nanjing, responsible for both domestic and international sales. We have a factory in Taicang, Suzhou, which handles the majority of our current production. Due to the high demand from both new and returning customers, driven by the superior quality and cost-effectiveness of our machines, we are expanding production. A new factory in Jurong, Nanjing, is set to be completed

How is the warranty?

Our machines come with a 12-month warranty starting from the Bill of Lading (BL) date. We have a team of professional technicians dedicated to handling warranty and support services. We offer both online and offine support options: Online Support: Via video calls or online sessions, our technicians can remotely guide you through installation and troubleshooting. On-site Support: If needed, our engineers can travel to your country to assist with installation, commissioning, and training.

Can we visit your factory before placing an order?

Absolutely! We welcome all new and returning clients to visit our factories. Our main production facility is in Taicang, Suzhou,and we can arrange visits to our new factory in Jurong, Nanjing, once it's operational. We are happy to assist with travel arrangements, including picking you up at the airport or station, and booking accommodations if needed.

Do you have machines in stock?

Most of our machines are produced according to customer orders. However, we do keep a limited number of machines in stock, especially during trade fairs or special promotions. Feel free to contact us to check the availability of stock machines.
