High-Payload Collaborative Robot for Material Handling and Palletizing

Our collaborative robotic arms cover mainstream loads of 3kg/5kg/10kg/20kg/30kg, with arm spans ranging from 900mm to 1800mm. The specialized stacking model focuses on heavy-duty models weighing 10-30kg, suitable for materials such as cartons, woven bags, barrels, and boxes.

Supports common communication protocols such as mainstream IO communication, Profinet, and Modbus. It can seamlessly connect with existing conveying lines, sealing machines, inspection equipment, factory PLCs, and upper computer systems, enabling interlocking logic for tasks like triggering robot material retrieval upon incoming materials, stopping when materials are insufficient, and alerting for full stacks. This achieves an automated closed-loop for the entire line.

For woven bags and flexible packaging bags, we adopt flexible grippers combined with pressure sensing control. The gripping force can be adjusted to suit different soft packaging materials. Coupled with material positioning baffles, it ensures the stability of the incoming material position and reduces the deviation of grasping.
