Q:What safety precautions should be taken?
A:
Avoid touching the clutch during high-speed rotation or immediately after stopping (wait 30 mins to cool). Do not stand beside a rotating clutch, and use protective covers.
Q:When should friction pads be replaced?
A:
Replace pads if the equipment fails to achieve rated capacity or if wear exceeds half of their original thickness.
