Q:Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a factory located in FoShan city, China.

Q:Can customers order different colors and models in one order?

Yes, mixed colors and models are acceptable. We suggest 3-4 models for a 20GP container and 5-6 models for a 40HQ container.

Q:What is your policy for samples?

Small samples are offered for free. For complete doors, a cost is charged based on the actual situation, but the sample charge will be refunded if you place an order next time.

Q:What are your trade terms and payment terms?

Trade terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF. Payment terms are 50% deposit by T/T before mass production, with the balance paid upon receipt of the B/L copy. L/C at sight is also available.

Q:What special services do you offer?

We provide overseas installation service. We send production photos after finishing production for customer confirmation before balance payment. We also send loading details and pictures after container loading.
