Q:Are you a factory or trading company?

Of course we are factory ,our factory located in FoShan city china .

Q:Can customers order different colors and models in one order?

Surely yes.Mixed colors and models are acceptable.One 20GP we suggest 3- 4 models,one 40HQ we suggest 5-6 models.

Q:What is your policy for samples?

For small sample,we can offer for free.For completely doors ,we have to charge some cost on actual situation.But we will refund the sample charge to you if you place order next time.

Q:What are your trade terms and payment terms?

Our trade term is EXW,FOB,CFR ans CIF.Payment term is 50% deposit by T/T before mass production,the balance paid upon receive the copy of B/L(L/C at sight is available).

Q:What special services do you offer?

Overseas installation service:After finish production,we will send customers production photos.If no problem,then customers pay the balance:After finish loading container,we will send loading details and loading pictures for you reference .
