AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier demonstrates strong customization capability, supported by seven R&D engineers and stated customization from samples, designs, and full or minor specifications. It provides in-stock service, accepts multiple quotation and payment terms, and reports one-month lead times in both peak and off-season periods. GRS Certification and cooperation with Fortune 500 companies are documented. However, it does not provide 3D software design, ODM, SDK, or popular-brand OEM services, and launched no new products in the past year. Quality-control traceability, quality assurance, testing equipment, outsourcing procedures, and manufacturing contracts are either unknown or limited; test equipment is reported as zero. Overseas service coverage is limited, with no overseas agents, branches, warehouses, showrooms, or service countries stated. Financial records are referenced for 2020–2022, but the available slices do not provide enough detail to assess financial strength.

CertificationsGRS Certification is explicitly reported in both the sustainability and supplier-information records. This supports certified recyclable-material management, although no other certification is identified in the provided slices.

After-Sales capabilityR&D technology engineers are responsible for technical support during production and after-sales service, and written service-capability procedures with follow-up records are reported. However, complaint handling and quality assurance are recorded as “Others” or unknown, so the overall after-sales system cannot be fully verified.

R&D capabilitySeven R&D engineers are identified, with responsibilities including customer-request confirmation, new-product design, and production and after-sales technical support. Nevertheless, the supplier reports no new products in the past year and lacks 3D software design, ODM, and SDK capabilities, indicating limited evidence of recent or advanced innovation.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. Its seven technology engineers also confirm customer requirements and design new products, providing direct evidence of broad customization support.

Client casesThe supplier reports cooperation with Fortune 500 companies and participation in Canton Fair Phase III 2023. These are positive customer and market-exposure indicators, but no customer names, project details, product scope, or independently verifiable case evidence is provided.
