We have a complete QC system for chemical composition and physical properties. All goods are tested after production, and quality certificates are shipped with the goods.
Q:What is the lead time for orders?
A:
It usually takes about 15-20 days after receiving the PO. Peak season lead time is one month, and off-season lead time is within 15 workdays.
Q:Do you provide free samples?
A:
Yes, free samples are available. Generally, the buyer shall bear all the delivery cost.
Q:What are your payment terms?
A:
We accept 30% deposit and 70% balance against the BL copy or by LC. Other terms like T/T, D/P, PayPal, and Western Union are also available.
