We provide a 1-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. Note that wear parts or damage from negligence/unclean oil are excluded.

Q:What is the delivery time for orders?

Standard cylinders typically take 35-45 days. Customized hydraulic cylinders usually require 50-60 days. The exact time depends on order quantity and product type.

Q:What payment terms do you accept?

We prefer T/T with 30% deposit upon order confirmation and 70% before shipment. L/C is also acceptable for amounts over 20,000 USD.
