What is your warranty policy?

All our products are warranted for one full year from date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover parts that are worn out through the course of normal operation or are damaged through negligence. We are a professional factory that designs, manufactures, and repairs suspension cylinders for mining dump trucks, located in Jingjiang City, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, about 200 kilometers away from Shanghai Pudong Airport. We started since 2015. Our factory covers an area of 6000 square meters.
