What payment terms do you accept?

We prefer T/T through bank: 30% when the order is confirmed and 70% before shipment. L/C is also acceptable for amounts over 20,000 USD.

What is your warranty policy?

All our products are warranted for one full year from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover parts worn out through normal operation or damaged through negligence. Unclean hydraulic oil causing damage is not included in the warranty range. We strongly suggest using new clean oil or ensuring the system oil is clean.
