The pulsed laser seed source driver provides an output current of 3 A or more, with an ultra fast pulse rise time below 1 ns and adjustable pulse width from 1 ns to 25 ns, with other pulse width ranges available for customization to match specific laser diode requirements.

The pulsed seed driver features a pulse rise time below 1 ns and pulse width ranging from 1 ns to 25 ns as standard, with other ranges available for custom orders. The four in one LD driver provides a current rise edge below 10 microseconds for higher current applications.

The pulsed laser seed source driver supports high repetition rates that can be customized above 10 MHz, making it suitable for high speed pulsed laser systems requiring fast pulse repetition and precise timing control.

All driver models include high stability temperature control with stability better than 0.01 degrees Celsius, ensuring consistent laser diode wavelength and output power stability over long operating periods. The four in one LD driver also integrates TEC temperature control with maximum 10 A current and 20 V voltage.
