12-months warranty is provided for our linear modules, actuators, and motors, strictly based on the sales contract.

What payment terms should I use?

For sample, trial, and repeat orders, we accept T/T payment: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before transportation. L/C payment is only available for designated countries' clients.

What is the best shipment way for your products?

For samples, airplane or land transport is best, taking one week to the destination airport. For large quantities, ocean or land transport is best, taking one month to the destination port. The nearest sea ports are Shenzhen and Guangzhou.
