We provide a 12-month warranty for our linear modules, actuators, and motors, strictly based on the sales contract.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T payment with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before transportation. L/C is only available for designated countries.

What is the best shipment way for your products?

For samples, we suggest air or land transport (about one week). For large quantities, we suggest ocean shipping (about one month) to Shenzhen/Guangzhou port.
