12-months warranty is provided for our linear modules, actuators, and motors, strictly based on the sales contract.

What kind of payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T payment with 30% deposit when signing the contract and the rest amount paid before shipping. L/C payment is only available for designated countries.

What is the best shipment way for your products?

Samples are best sent by air or land transport (one week to destination). Large quantities are shipped via ocean or land transport (one month to destination port) from FOB Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Ningbo, or Shanghai.
