We provide a 12-month warranty for our linear modules, actuators, and motors, strictly based on the sales contract.

What payment terms do you accept?

For sample, trial, and repeat orders, we accept T/T with 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before transportation. L/C is available for designated countries.

What is the best shipment way for your products?

For samples, air or land transport is best (approx. 1 week). For large quantities, ocean or land transport is recommended (approx. 1 month). The nearest ports are Shenzhen and Guangzhou.
