We provide a 12-month warranty for our linear modules, actuators, and motors, strictly based on the sales contract.

What payment terms do you accept?

We accept T/T payment with a 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before transportation. L/C payment is available only for designated countries.

What is the best shipment way for your products?

For samples, we recommend air or land transport (approx. one week to destination airport). For large quantities, ocean or land transport is best (approx. one month to destination port, nearest ports are Shenzhen/Guangzhou).
