We provide a 12-month warranty for our linear modules, actuators, and motors, strictly based on the sales contract.

What payment terms should I use?

For sample, trial, and repeat orders, we accept T/T payment with a 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before transportation. L/C payment is only available for clients in designated countries.

What is the best shipment way for your products?

For samples, air or land transport takes about one week to the destination airport. For large quantities, ocean or land transport takes about one month to the destination port, with Shenzhen or Guangzhou being the nearest sea ports.
