A 12-month warranty is provided for our linear modules, actuators, and motors, strictly based on the sales contract.

What payment terms should I use?

We accept T/T payment with 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before transportation. L/C is only available for designated countries.

What is the best shipment way for your products?

For samples, we use airplane or land transport (1 week to destination airport). For large quantities, we use ocean or land transport (1 month to destination port). The nearest ports are Shenzhen/Guangzhou.
