A 12-month warranty is provided for our linear modules, actuators, and motors, strictly based on the sales contract.

What payment terms should I use?

For sample, trial, and repeat orders, we accept T/T payment: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before transportation. L/C payment is only available for designated countries' clients.

What is the best shipment way for your products?

For samples, airplane or land transport is best (takes one week to destination airport). For large quantities, ocean or land transport is best (takes one month to destination port). The nearest sea port is Shenzhen/Guangzhou.
