We provide a 12-month warranty for our linear modules, actuators, and motors, strictly based on the sales contract.

What are your payment terms?

For sample, trial, and repeat orders, we accept T/T payment with a 30% deposit upon signing the contract and the rest before shipping. L/C payment is only available for designated countries.

What is the best shipment way for your products?

For samples, we recommend airplane or land transport (taking one week to the destination airport). For large quantities, ocean or land transport is best (taking one month to the destination port). We ship FOB from Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Ningbo, Shanghai, or other main ports in China.
