Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly identified as both a Trading Company and Manufacturer/Factory, organized as a limited company and operating in packaging and printing. Its listed product scope includes books, puzzles, board games, tabletop games, and playing cards.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has clear procedures and followed records for corrective and preventive actions and customer complaints. However, it reports no in-stock service, overseas warehouse, overseas showroom, or overseas agent/branch capability, limiting the documented overseas service infrastructure.

R&D capabilityThe supplier explicitly reports no available SDK and no new products launched during the past year. These are stated deficiencies in documented software-development and recent product-innovation capability.

Production capacityThe supplier states annual book-printing productivity of 600,000 sets, serves broad international markets, and reports off-peak fulfillment within 15 working days and peak fulfillment within one month in one record. However, another slice contains inconsistent and unclear longer lead-time entries, so capacity is evidenced but scheduling data is not fully consistent.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, and full customization. This directly supports capability across multiple customization routes.
