We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) as our primary payment method. Typically, we require a 50% advance deposit to start production, with the remaining 50% balance paid before shipment. We prefer print-ready PDF files (with 3mm bleed, trim marks, and CMYK color mode) for the most accurate results. We also accept AI/PS files, but please ensure all fonts are outlined and images are at 300 DPI minimum. Our team offers free pre-press checks to help avoid common printing errors.

Yes, you can get a sample for quality verification. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the goods. We can deliver the samples via DHL/FedEx or the courier company you specify. Before sending the samples, we will determine the exact shipping fee based on your location.

Standard packaging uses heavy-duty corrugated boxes + shrink wrap for protection, with corner guards for fragile items. We also offer custom branded packaging (boxes, labels, pallets) at an additional cost, and palletized shipping for bulk orders to reduce transit damage risk.
