SummaryTiger Printing Co., Ltd is a China-based limited company operating in packaging and printing, identified as both a trading company and manufacturer/factory. It offers book printing, children’s books, puzzles, board games, tabletop games, and playing cards, with stated annual book-printing productivity of 600,000 sets and exports representing 90% of total sales. The supplier provides customization from samples, designs, and full specifications. However, it reports no available SDK, no new products launched in the past year, no in-stock service, and no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, or branch capability. Corrective-action and complaint-handling procedures are documented and followed, but quality-assurance status and traceability are unknown, and the stated quantity of quality-control testing equipment is zero. Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly identified as both a Trading Company and Manufacturer/Factory, organized as a limited company and operating in packaging and printing. Its listed product scope includes books, puzzles, board games, tabletop games, and playing cards.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has clear procedures and followed records for corrective and preventive actions and customer complaints. However, it reports no in-stock service, overseas warehouse, overseas showroom, or overseas agent/branch capability, limiting the documented overseas service infrastructure.

R&D capabilityThe supplier explicitly reports no available SDK and no new products launched during the past year. These are stated deficiencies in documented software-development and recent product-innovation capability.

Production capacityThe supplier states annual book-printing productivity of 600,000 sets, serves broad international markets, and reports off-peak fulfillment within 15 working days and peak fulfillment within one month in one record. However, another slice contains inconsistent and unclear longer lead-time entries, so capacity is evidenced but scheduling data is not fully consistent.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, and full customization. This directly supports capability across multiple customization routes.

Product Q&A

Q:When can I expect a quotation for my enquiry?

During working hours (GMT 00:00-15:00), we aim to respond within half an hour. Outside these hours, we will reply the next day.

Q:Can I receive a sample before mass production, and is it free of charge?

Absolutely! We create a pre-production sample for your quality assessment. Once you approve the sample, we'll commence the full production.

Q:What is the timeline for bulk production?

Sample creation takes about 2-5 days. Mass production ranges from 10-15 days, depending on the order size.

Q:What is the estimated turnaround time?

Typically, it takes 1 to 2 weeks post PDF proof approval for printing, with air shipping taking approximately 5 days, and sea shipping between 20-40 days.

Q:How do you ensure quality?

We produce a sample for your review before full-scale production, ensuring the final product matches the approved sample.
