Custom Anodized Ice Grain Titanium Parts for Decorative Applications

The crystal grain size is mainly determined by vacuum heat treatment process and sheet thickness. Higher temperature and longer holding time form larger grains; thin sheets such as 0.6mm have physical grain growth limitations and are more suitable for fine and medium crystal grains.

Crystal texture is natural random recrystallization grain, each sheet is unique. We strictly control the grain size range and color tone consistency, but cannot guarantee 100% identical pattern with pictures. Physical sample confirmation is the most reliable standard.

0.6mm thin sheet has low heat capacity and is easy to produce waviness and bending during high-temperature treatment. We use exclusive fixture tooling and customized heat treatment process to control flatness, and will recommend the maximum feasible production specification according to actual production conditions.

The color comes from nano TiO oxide film formed by anodizing, no paint filling. It has super fade-proof performance. The metal surface has high hardness and wear resistance, meeting long-term decoration use standards.
