Q:Has this steel pipe finished anti-corrosion treatment?

It is only protected by anti-rust oil without final anti-corrosion coating. It is supplied as base tube for subsequent sandblasting, rust removal, painting or powder coating.

Q:Can you deliver pipes treated to Sa2.5 sandblasting standard?

Yes. Sandblasting is an extra processing service. We can quote according to specified surface cleanliness, roughness and complete coating system.

Q:Will sandblasting change pipe dimension?

Standard sandblasting only removes surface oxide and rust, with negligible influence on OD and wall thickness. Strict dimensional tolerance needs to be confirmed before order.

Q:Can this bare pipe be used outdoors for long-term service?

Bare pipe is not suitable for long-term outdoor exposure. Complete anti-corrosion system such as sandblasting + multi-layer paint or 3PE / epoxy zinc rich coating is required.
