AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryTOFFS MACHINERY TRADING CO., LTD is a China-based limited trading company established in 2019 with six employees, focused on used construction machinery. It reports excavator output of 500 pieces annually, exports to more than 50 countries, and obtains 90% of sales from exports. Its stated service includes pre-shipment testing and re-checking, maintenance, repainting, a one-year engine warranty under correct use, and spare-parts supply. The supplier offers flexible customization but reports no new products, ODM, OEM, or SDK capability. Financial records are identified for 2021–2023, but no financial results are provided. An SGS audit record exists for April 2024–March 2025, although the evaluation result is recorded as “0” without an explanation. Customer cases are not specifically documented.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as a trading company and limited company headquartered in Hefei, Anhui, China, with six employees and no affiliation with a larger corporate group. Its stated scope includes construction machinery sales, imports and exports, and related machinery parts.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier states that engineers inspect and maintain machines, products are pre-tested and re-checked before dispatch, and after-sales support includes free repainting and maintenance, a one-year engine warranty under correct use, and spare-parts supply. These are explicit service commitments, although service performance is not independently verified.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports no new products during the past year, no ODM service, no OEM capability for popular brands, and no available SDK. These explicit limitations indicate weak documented innovation and development capability.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly states that it provides flexible customization. No scope, technical limitations, or examples of completed customized projects are provided, but the stated capability is direct evidence of available customization support.
