Q:What is the warranty period?
A:
The warranty period is 12 months, starting from the first day of running machines in the customer's warehouse. Free spare parts and services are provided during this period.
Q:What is the delivery time?
A:
Delivery is within 60 working days after receipt of the down payment. Packing is completed within 15 working days after receiving full payment.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
30% of the total amount should be paid by T/T as a down payment. The remaining 70% should be paid before delivery by T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight.
Q:Do you provide installation services?
A:
Yes, we send engineers to the buyer's factory for installation and testing. The buyer covers travel costs and a salary of 150 USD/day/engineer. Online video guidance is available if engineers cannot visit.
Q:What pipe sizes can this machine produce?
A:
The line can produce PP PE PPR pipes ranging from 16mm to 800mm in diameter, including large diameter water and gas supply pipes.
