Q:What is the warranty terms?
A:
Warranty period is 12 months starting from the first day of running machines in customer's warehouse. Seller grants free service and spare parts throughout the warranty period. Lifelong service is provided, but buyer pays for needed spare parts after the 12-month warranty terms.
Q:What is the delivery conditions?
A:
Delivery condition is FOB Qingdao Port. Delivery term is within 45 working days after receipt of advanced payment. Seller finishes packing and is ready for shipment within 15 working days after receipt of full payment. Buyer arranges supervision of loading.
Q:What is the payment terms?
A:
30% of total payment to be paid at advance. The balance 70% of total payment to be paid by TT or LC at sight.
