Q:How to operate the machine? Is training necessary?

The machine is mainly controlled by software and is very easy to operate. We provide a simple operation manual with pictures and a user manual of the software. Generally, an operator unfamiliar with the machine can still operate it well. However, we can send a technician to your plant for training, or you can come to our plant for training if needed.

Q:In case the machine has a problem, how is the after-sales service?

We provide a two-year machine warranty. During the warranty period, we will provide required parts free of charge by express, excluding parts damaged by artificial causes. After the warranty, we still provide lifetime service.

Q:What is the packaging like?

We use a 3-layer package. The outside is a wooden case. The middle layer covers the machine with foam to protect it from shaking. The inside layer covers the machine with a waterproof plastic bag.

Q:What is the delivery time?

Generally, the lead time is 7 working days after receiving the payment.

Q:What are the payment terms?
