The machine is mainly controlled by software and is very easy to operate. We provide a simple operation manual with pictures and user manual of software. Generally, an operator unfamiliar with fiber laser printing can still operate it well. We can also send technicians for training if needed.

We provide a two-year machine warranty. During the warranty, we provide required parts free of charge by express (excluding artificial damage). After the warranty, we still provide lifetime service.

We use a 3-layer package: an outer wooden case, a middle layer of foam to protect from shaking, and an inner layer of waterproof plastic bag.
