The machine is mainly controlled by software and is very easy to operate. We provide a simple operation manual with pictures and user manual of software. Generally, an operator unfamiliar with fiber laser printing machines can still operate it well. According to customers' requests, we can send our technician to customer' plant for machine training or customers can come to our plant for machine training if needed.

We provide two years machine warranty. During the two-year warranty, in case of machine exists the problem, we will provide parts required with free of charge by express. But as for the parts damaged by artificially, it does not fall on our warranty list. After the warranty, we still provide lifetime service.

We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt Wooden case. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by the waterproof plastic bag.

Generally speaking, lead time is 7 work days after receiving the payment.

We accept T/T and L/C as our usual payment terms.
