The machine is mainly controlled by software and is very easy to operate. We provide a simple operation manual with pictures and user manual of software. Generally, an operator not familiar with fiber laser printing can still operate it well. We can also send technicians for training or customers can come to our plant.

Q:In case the machine has problems, how is after-sales service handled?

We provide a two-year machine warranty. During this period, we provide required parts free of charge by express for non-artificial damage. After the warranty, we still provide lifetime service.

Q:What is the packaging like?

We use a 3-layer package. The outside is a wooden case. The middle layer covers the machine with foam to protect it from shaking. The inside layer covers the machine with a waterproof plastic bag.
