The machine is mainly controlled by software and is very easy to operate. We provide a simple operation manual with pictures and a user manual of the software. Generally, an operator unfamiliar with fiber laser printing can still operate it well. We can also send a technician for training or allow customers to come to our plant for training if needed.

Q:What is the after-sales service policy for machine problems?

We provide a two-year machine warranty. During this period, we provide required parts free of charge by express for problems not caused by artificial damage. After the warranty, we still provide lifetime service.

Q:What is the packaging method for the machine?

We use a 3-layer package. The outside is a wooden case. The middle layer covers the machine with foam to protect it from shaking. The inside layer covers the machine with a waterproof plastic bag.
