Q:How to operate the machine? Is training necessary?

The machine is mainly controlled by software and is very easy to operate. We provide a simple operation manual with pictures and a user manual of the software before shipment. Generally, an operator unfamiliar with fiber laser printing machines can still operate it well. According to customers' requests, we can send our technician to the customer's plant for machine training, or customers can come to our plant for machine training if needed.

Q:In case the machine has a problem, how to do after-sales service?

We provide a two-year machine warranty. During the two-year warranty, in case the machine has a problem, we will provide parts required free of charge by express. However, parts damaged artificially do not fall on our warranty list. After the warranty, we still provide lifetime service.

Q:What is the package?

We have a 3-layer package. For the outside, we adopt a wooden case. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam to protect it from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by a waterproof plastic bag.

Q:What is the delivery time?

Generally speaking, the lead time is 7 work days after receiving the payment.
