The machine is mainly controlled by software and is very easy to operate. We provide a simple operation manual with pictures and a user manual of software before shipment. Generally, an operator unfamiliar with fiber laser printing can still operate it well. We can also send technicians for training or allow customers to visit our plant if needed.

Q:In case the machine has a problem, how is the after-sales service?

We provide a two-year machine warranty. During this period, we provide required parts free of charge by express, excluding parts damaged artificially. After the warranty, we still provide lifetime service.

Q:What is the packaging method?

We use a 3-layer package. The outside is a wooden case. The middle layer covers the machine with foam to protect it from shaking. The inside layer covers the machine with a waterproof plastic bag.
