Q:How to operate the machine? Is training necessary?

The machine is mainly controlled by software and is very easy to operate. We provide a simple operation manual with pictures and a user manual. Generally, an operator unfamiliar with fiber laser printing can still operate it well. However, we can send a technician for training or you can visit our plant if needed.

Q:What is the after-sales service policy?

We provide a two-year machine warranty. During this period, we provide required parts free of charge by express, excluding damage caused artificially. After the warranty, we still provide lifetime service.

Q:What is the packaging method?

We use a 3-layer package. The outside is a wooden case. The middle layer covers the machine with foam to protect it from shaking. The inside layer covers the machine with a waterproof plastic bag.

Q:What is the delivery time?

Generally, the lead time is 7 working days after receiving the payment.
