The machine is mainly controlled by software and is very easy to operate. We provide a simple operation manual with pictures and a user manual of software. Generally, an operator unfamiliar with fiber laser printing can still operate it well. We can also send technicians for training or allow customers to visit our plant for training if needed.

Q:What is the after-sales service policy?

We provide a two-year machine warranty. During the warranty, we provide required parts free of charge by express, excluding artificially damaged parts. After the warranty, we still provide lifetime service.

Q:What is the packaging method?

We use a 3-layer package. The outside is a wooden case, the middle layer uses foam to protect against shaking, and the inside layer covers the machine with a waterproof plastic bag.
