Q:How to operate the machine? Is training necessary?

The machine is mainly controlled by software and is very easy to operate. We provide a simple operation manual with pictures and a user manual of the software. Generally, an operator unfamiliar with fiber laser printing machines can still operate it well. According to customers' requests, we can send our technician to the customer's plant for machine training, or customers can come to our plant for training if needed.

Q:In case the machine has a problem, how is the after-sales service?

We provide a two-year machine warranty. During the two-year warranty, if the machine has a problem, we will provide the required parts free of charge by express. However, parts damaged artificially do not fall under our warranty list. After the warranty, we still provide lifetime service.
