We provide a two-year machine warranty. During this period, we provide required parts free of charge by express. Parts damaged artificially are not covered. After the warranty, we still provide lifetime service.

We use a 3-layer package: a wooden case on the outside, foam in the middle to protect from shaking, and a waterproof plastic bag on the inside layer.
