The machine is mainly controlled by software and is very easy to operate. We provide a simple operation manual with pictures and a user manual of the software. Generally, an operator unfamiliar with fiber laser printing can still operate it well. We can also send a technician for training or you can come to our plant.

Q:What is the after-sales service if the machine has problems?

We provide a two-year machine warranty. During this period, we provide required parts free of charge by express (excluding artificially damaged parts). After the warranty, we still provide lifetime service.

Q:What is the packaging method?

We use a 3-layer package. The outside is a wooden case, the middle layer uses foam to protect against shaking, and the inside layer covers the machine with a waterproof plastic bag.
