If your raw material is wood logs or wood pallets whose size is big, then you will need a wood chipper. If your raw material is wood chips, then you will need the hammer mill.

Q:3. Is your raw material dry or wet?

The best raw material before going into the pellet machine should be 6-14mm sawdust with a moisture content of 10-15%. If your raw material is wet, then you will also need the dryer.

Q:4. After that, please confirm what capacity you need per hour for the finished pellets.

The temperature after the pellet machine will be about 70-80 degree centigrade. It is better to use a pellet cooler to cool down the pellets from 80degree centigrade to 20-30 degree centigrade to get quality pellets.
