AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier demonstrates OEM and ODM capabilities, including customization from designs and samples, and has exported goods for 17 years with exports representing 71%–90% of sales. It maintains documented procedures for finished-product inspection, supplier assessment, corrective actions, and complaint handling, with raw-material traceability. However, it reports no quality assurance, no available SDK, no overseas agents or branches, no overseas warehouse or showroom, and no offline trade-show participation. Production is limited to one line, without continuous batch quantity reconciliation or an outsourcing SOP. ISO 9000 is reported, while financial information is limited to year labels and cannot substantiate financial strength. No new products were reported in the past year, and customer cases are not explicitly provided.

Supplier typeThe supplier is an OEM/ODM manufacturer offering customization from designs and samples. It exports extensively and has 17 years of export experience, but has no overseas agents or branches, overseas warehouse, or overseas showroom.

CertificationsISO 9000 is reported as a supplier management-system certification. However, the supplier also reports no quality assurance in its quality-control processes, so the certification evidence does not establish comprehensive quality-system performance.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has documented and followed procedures for corrective and preventive actions and customer complaints, and lists debugging, maintenance, repair, and training among its overseas service offerings. No overseas agents or branches are available, and the number of countries served overseas is stated as zero.

R&D capabilityThe supplier offers ODM services and design/sample-based customization, but reports no available SDK, fewer than five years of total R&D-engineer experience, and no new products in the past year. This supports design adaptation but not strong evidence of ongoing product innovation.

Production capacityThe supplier operates one production line, reports one-month lead times in both peak and off-peak seasons, and has documented supplier-capability assessment procedures. Capacity controls are limited because there is no continuous batch quantity reconciliation, no outsourcing SOP, no in-stock capacity, and no valid manufacturing contract with related subcontractors.

Customization capabilityCustomization from designs and samples is explicitly available in both design-service and R&D information, alongside ODM service availability. This is direct evidence of customization capability.
