Then we will send new lights together with next order after we get approved from after sales department. For LED light bar, we will send replacement parts together with next order after approval.

Q:How are your lights different from other suppliers?

We are one of the earliest LED LIGHTS factory in China with rich experience in circuit board design. We use ROHS material, PCB thickness more than 2mm, and high performance heat dismiss to protect the light and extend its life. Our lights use ROHS ADC12 Aluminum for better anti-vibration and anti-pressure function. We usually use high intensity Cree leds imported from USA, but can use Epistar leds for economy versions based on customer requirements.

Q:When will my order ship?

Sample order will be shipped within 3-5 working days after payment received, 7 to 15 working days for bulk order.

Q:How about your light packing?

TOPBRI Lights usually are packed with neutral box. If customer need custom made box, it is also acceptable.
