AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier is identified as a combined company with a business scope covering tire manufacturing and sales, automotive parts, rubber products, molds, and machinery-related activities. It demonstrates substantial technical and innovation capabilities, including 18 R&D engineers, recent new-product development, 3D software design, ODM, OEM, and multiple customization options. Quality management is supported by written warehouse procedures, inspection personnel, test equipment, traceability, quality assurance, complaint-handling procedures, and maintained records. The supplier holds ISO9001:2015 and ISO50001 certifications and reports recent fire drills. It has inventory capability, overseas agents or branches, and trade-show participation, but lacks overseas warehouse and showroom capabilities. Service-capability supplier assessment lacks written procedures, and there is no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with affiliated subcontractors. Financial records are indicated for 2022–2024, but no financial...
Supplier typeThe supplier is classified as a combined company rather than an offshore company. Its stated business scope includes tire manufacturing and sales, automotive parts R&D and manufacturing, rubber products, molds, and machinery-related activities, indicating a broad industrial manufacturing orientation.
CertificationsThe supplier reports ISO9001:2015 and ISO50001 certifications, along with other certification information. These certifications provide explicit evidence of established quality and energy-management systems, although the specific scope and validity details are not provided.
After-Sales capabilityR&D engineers are responsible for technical support during production and after-sales service, and the supplier has a clear complaint-handling procedure with followed records. It also has overseas agents or branches, but its service-capability supplier assessment lacks written procedures and records, so the overall service system has both strengths and process gaps.
R&D capabilityThe supplier identifies itself as a professional technical supplier, provides 3D software design, employs 18 R&D engineers, and reports new-product development within the past year. It also offers ODM and OEM services, although no usable SDK is available, which limits evidence of software-development integration capability.
Production capacityThe supplier operates in manufacturing-related fields and reports inventory capability, 50 qualified service-capability suppliers, eight quality-control staff, and six quality-control testing devices. Nevertheless, it has no valid manufacturing-capacity contract with affiliated subcontractors, creating a documented weakness in subcontracting governance.
Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. Its R&D engineers confirm customer requirements, provide technical support, and develop new products, directly supporting a broad customization offering.

Product Q&A

Q:Can I install a monitor on my car?
A:
The TPMS uses a power supply of 25 mA -150 mA. If you use it for a long time, the monitor may drain the battery of your car. If it is used for more than one month, it is recommended to unplug your monitor and delete the sensor. Insert monitoring and replace sensors before starting again.
Q:Can I use sealant or balancing powder between TPMS and tire?
A:
If sealant or equalizing substance is to be used, it is recommended to use Dill filter valve. Sealant can plug the valve core and shut off the pressure in STEMS.
Q:Do I need to readjust my tires when using the sensor?
A:
About 2/3 ounce. Sensors are used for large tires (RV/truck), and wheel balance is rarely necessary. Smaller tires may need to add one and a half ounces to balance the weight of the opposite sensor.
Q:Does the display need lighter accessories for power supply?
A:
No need. Hard wiring is actually a good choice because it reduces feedback interference.
Q:During installation, no signal from the sensor was received.
A:
The propagation of higher radio frequency (RF) transmission is mainly through straight line and line of sight. Sensors have to complete a difficult task-from the tires of the vehicle to the monitor. If the sensor fails to read the pressure, move the monitor slightly and wait for 5 minutes.
